Terms and Conditions – Forge & Food Festival

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in and attendance at the Forge & Food Festival (“Event”). By purchasing tickets, reserving vendor space, registering as a vendor, or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms.

 


General Event Information


Forge & Food Festival is an outdoor event. Event details including schedule, layout, demonstrations, vendors, and entertainment are subject to change without notice due to weather, safety considerations, or operational requirements.
The Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee or vendor for unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or non-compliant behavior without refund.

 


Weather Policy


The Event is held rain or shine. Outdoor conditions may include heat, cold, mud, uneven ground, noise, smoke, or other environmental factors associated with outdoor demonstrations and food preparation.
No refunds will be issued due to weather unless the Event is officially cancelled by the organizers.

 


Ticket Holder Terms


All attendees assume normal risks associated with attending an outdoor festival, including but not limited to crowds, noise, weather exposure, and terrain conditions.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times.
Attendees agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety guidance while on the premises.


Vendor Participation


Submission of a vendor application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendor placement and acceptance are determined solely by the Event organizers.
Vendor spaces are not confirmed until full payment has been received.
Vendors agree to:

  • Follow all local, state, and health department regulations

  • Maintain required permits and licenses

  • Comply with all fire safety and food safety requirements

  • Maintain a clean and safe booth area

  • Provide appropriate insurance if required by the venue or local regulations

Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, setup, staffing, and teardown unless otherwise stated.

Vendor Payments and Refunds


Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled by the organizers.
Failure to attend the Event after payment, including cancellations, travel issues, or weather concerns, does not qualify for a refund.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in denial of participation in current or future events.

 


Liability Waiver


By attending or participating, attendees and vendors acknowledge that participation in outdoor activities and demonstrations involves inherent risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge & Food Festival, its organizers, staff, volunteers, venue partners, and sponsors shall not be liable for:

  • personal injury

  • lost or stolen property

  • property damage

  • vendor product issues

  • food-related reactions or allergies

Participants attend and participate at their own risk.

Media Release


The Event may be photographed and recorded. By attending, you grant Forge & Food Festival permission to use photographs, video, or audio recordings in which you may appear for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes without compensation.

Third-Party Vendors


Food and merchandise are sold by independent vendors. Forge & Food Festival is not responsible for vendor products, transactions, quality, safety, or disputes between vendors and customers.

 


Changes and Cancellation


The Event organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, activities, guest appearances, demonstrations, or layout at any time.
If the Event must be cancelled for reasons beyond reasonable control (including severe weather, venue issues, public safety concerns, or government restrictions), the organizers may reschedule or determine refund policies at their discretion.
