We welcome vendors, artisans, and creators to apply for a space at the Marcaida’s Forging & Food Festival.

ABOUT THE EVENT

This weekend-long outdoor festival brings together food vendors, artisans, bladesmiths, bushcraft experts, martial artists, gamers, and farmers-market sellers for a high-energy, hands-on experience.

With celebrity appearances, live demonstrations, interactive games (including knife and tomahawk throwing), and a highly engaged audience, this event is designed to connect vendors directly with attendees who are excited to discover, learn, and buy.

The festival takes place on 33 acres of open land, allowing for comfortable vendor spacing, high foot traffic, and a relaxed but energized atmosphere.

We welcome vendors including (but not limited to):

*  Knife makers & bladesmiths
* Craft, gear, and handmade goods
*  Bushcraft & outdoor lifestyle brands
*  Martial arts & combat-sports vendors
*  Gaming, tabletop, and hobby vendors
*  Farmers market & specialty food sellers

VENDOR SPACE DETAILS

Shared 20×40 ft tents
* Up to 10 vendors per tent
* Each vendor receives:
* One 8 ft table
* Two chairs
* Tents are arranged outward from the central celebrity / activity area
* 📍 Placement Priority*

* Price for weekend placement: $200

 

Vendors who complete payment earlier will receive priority table placement, starting closest to the central activity area and spiraling outward as spots fill.

BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION

By submitting this form and payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Vendor Terms & Conditions and Vendor Refund Policy.

Vendor space fees are refundable only if written cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the event start date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not guaranteed a refund. No refunds are issued for no-shows, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the organiser’s control.

2. Check your email for the payment link

3. Submit payment to secure your vendor space

 

Vendor spaces are limited and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received.

Please note: submitting the form alone does not reserve a spot — payment is required to confirm your participation.

We require:

  • permit or licenses (food vendors).

  • Headshots for promotional purposes.

  • Photos of knives

VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Vendors are responsible for their own setup, staffing, displays, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Vendor placement is determined by order of payment and overall event logistics.

  • The event takes place rain or shine.

  • Event organizers reserve the right to adjust vendor placement, tent assignments, or layouts as necessary for safety, operations, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
