Event Details
Vendors: A wide variety of vendors will be present.
Space: 25 acres of available space for all activities.
Setup Dates: Vendor setup begins on July 17th.
Breakdown: Breakdown begins on July 19th at 6 PM.
Show Times: The event runs from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Security: Overnight security will be provided, along with all-day security with table supervision if needed for breaks.
Vendor Accommodations: Vendors are responsible for their own accommodations.
Vendor Arrival: Vendors can arrive at 6 AM on show days to set up.

Parking Notice
If you plan to drive to the event, a valid parking pass is required. We strongly encourage carpooling to help reduce congestion and ensure adequate parking availability for all attendees.
